The Next EuroChampionship - 2012

Euro 2008 has not begun, but we already know that Poland and Ukraine will be hosting the 2012 Euros.

Back in April, they pipped hot favorites, Italy, to take the games to their native countries. The decision has came in somewhat a shock.

It was expected Italy were to take the European Championship back for the Third time, as they have successfully hosted the World Cup and the Winter Olympics. Plus they are the current World Champions.

However, the main reasons they have lost out is because the recent fixing scandal, and the recent death of police officer Filippo Raciti, iterates the safety issues.
